Tips on Staying Cool

The weather is absolutely beautiful but as we enjoy the heatwave it’s important to stay cool in the Sun. Here are some tips on how to stay cool and maintain your body’s natural balance:

If you fancy taking some time out from the hot weather why not come to Kerala Ayurveda Spa Clinic on Stratford Road in Birmingham. Call us on 0121 777 7007 and let us keep you rejuvenated and glowing no matter what the weather.

The Importance of Ayurveda Consultations

We recently got back from a trip to India and we were reminded of the importance Vaidyars (Ayurveda doctors) gave to the initial consultation.

Often a consultation can be seen as a quick introduction and then on to the treatments and therapies but in Ayurveda the consultation leading to the right diagnosis and recommendations can be 70% of the success to the cure.

Our Vaidyars are qualified and experienced to examine the root cause of a problem.

For us at the clinic consultation is vital to understanding physical and mental issues so that the best solutions based on Ayurvedic principles can be recommended.

It is not true that the Vaidyars will always get the solutions immediately, sometimes other hidden factors may delay finding the correct solutions.

We recommend that Consultations be taken seriously and all information be given freely at the start to get the maximum benefit of time with any Practitioner. If you have been left dissatisfied or overcharged by other Ayurveda clinics then visit us and you will know the difference.

Please note due to recent expansion we are looking for experienced Vaidyars to join our team. If you think you have the skills and expertise to join us please get in touch with the clinic.
